Terms of service
The rules for buying and using Quotelatic. Please read them: by buying or using Quotelatic you agree to them.
Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. Who we are
Quotelatic is a software product of Growthlatic (growthlatic.com), a business run by Ahsan Moeen in Pakistan ("we", "us"). These terms cover the Quotelatic website (quotelatic.com), your customer account (hub.quotelatic.com), the Quotelatic software and our support. "You" means the person or business buying or using Quotelatic.
2. What Quotelatic is, and what it is not
Quotelatic is software you install on your own web hosting to collect quote requests from your customers. It is a tool. We are not a party to anything between you and your customers: the requests you receive, the prices you quote, the work you do and any payments between you and them are entirely your business and your responsibility.
3. Buying Quotelatic
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. It handles payments, sales tax or VAT, invoices, and payment-related customer service and returns. Its own terms apply to the payment.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by email; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Free trial: the monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged.
- Lifetime plan: a one-time payment for a license that does not expire, with updates for as long as we develop and sell Quotelatic.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for new purchases and future renewals. We tell existing subscribers by email before a price change affects them.
- Refunds: see our refund policy.
4. Your license
Each license lets you use Quotelatic on the number of live websites it shows in your account (usually one), as described in the license agreement. Keep your license key private; you are responsible for any use of it.
5. Your account
You sign in to your account with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that email address secure and your details accurate.
6. Your responsibilities
Because Quotelatic runs on your own hosting and under your control, you are responsible for:
- Your hosting and website: choosing suitable hosting, keeping it secure, updated and paid for, and keeping your passwords safe.
- Your data and backups: the quote requests, photos and personal information your customers send are stored on your hosting and controlled by you. Quotelatic makes automatic backups, but you must keep your own copies too. We cannot recover data from your hosting.
- Following the law: privacy and data protection, consent, marketing and messaging rules (including WhatsApp's own terms), consumer protection, advertising, and any trade licences your work needs.
- Your content and claims: everything shown on your form and business page, including the texts, prices, photos and any statements about your business. Only say what is true.
- Your quotes and work: the prices you send and the services you provide. The quick assessment and pricing tips in Quotelatic are general guidance, not a valuation or professional advice.
- The ready-made texts: the terms, privacy and consent texts included in Quotelatic are general templates to help you start. They are not legal advice; check them with a professional for your business and country.
7. Fair use
You may not use Quotelatic to send spam, collect data you are not allowed to collect, mislead people, break any law or anyone's rights, or harm others. You may not get around the license checks, resell or share the software, or attack or overload our servers.
8. Outside services
Quotelatic works with services we don't control, such as your hosting, your email provider, WhatsApp, map, address and route services, and the payment company. They have their own terms and may change, limit or stop. We are not responsible for them, for messages or emails that are not delivered, or for anything they do.
9. Updates, support and changes to the product
While your license is active (and for lifetime licenses, for as long as we develop and sell Quotelatic) you can download new versions from your account. Support is by email at [email protected], usually within one working day. It covers installing and using Quotelatic, not custom development, your hosting, or changes you made to the code. We may change, improve or remove features, and we may stop selling or developing Quotelatic. If we do, copies already installed keep working, because they run on your own hosting.
10. When a license ends
If a subscription ends or is refunded, your quote form keeps working and your data stays on your hosting. After a grace period, the dashboard asks for an active license. We may suspend or end a license, without refund, if it is used against these terms or the license agreement, for fraud, or if a payment is reversed.
11. No warranty
We test every release carefully, but Quotelatic and our services are provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the software is free of errors, works with every hosting setup, is always available, keeps data safe, is fit for a particular purpose, or brings you any amount of business.
12. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business, customers, leads, quotes, data, goodwill or time, however it is caused.
- We are not liable for losses caused by your hosting, your website or devices, outside services, security incidents on systems you control, changes you made, or your use of the requests and data you collect.
- Our total liability for all claims about Quotelatic is limited to the amount you paid us for Quotelatic in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
13. Your promise to cover us
You agree to cover Growthlatic and Ahsan Moeen against claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) brought by others that arise from your website, your use of Quotelatic, the data you collect, your content, your dealings with your customers, or your breaking these terms or the law.
14. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we can't reasonably control, such as outages of hosting, internet or outside services, natural events, strikes, war or government action.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in your account before it takes effect. If you keep using Quotelatic after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel.
16. Disputes and law
If something goes wrong, please write to [email protected] first; most problems are solved quickly that way, and we ask you to give us 30 days to try. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
17. Other terms
These terms, the license agreement, the refund policy and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Quotelatic. If any part is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still do so later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written agreement; we may transfer ours to a business that takes over Quotelatic.
