How does the free trial work?
Choose Monthly and start your trial. You get every feature for 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
What is your refund policy?
If Quotelatic isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you get it back in full. See the refund policy.
How do I pay?
By card, PayPal and other local methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment partner, who also takes care of sales tax or VAT and sends your invoice.
Can I use one license on several websites?
Each license is for one live website. Test copies on localhost or a staging. address don't need a license. Need more websites? Buy one license for each, or write to us.
Can I move my license to a new website?
Yes. Remove it from the old website in the dashboard (License page) and enter the key on the new one. If you just move to a new address, the license follows automatically.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Your quote form keeps working and all your requests stay on your hosting. After a 14-day grace period, the dashboard asks for an active license. Renew any time to carry on.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Cancel the monthly plan and buy yearly or lifetime when you're ready. Write to us and we'll help you move without any gap.
