Make them yours

  • Name the types of businesses you clean in the banner text.
  • Only mention vetting or insurance if you really have it.

5Reading a request#

Each request opens with a quick assessment: coloured flags for what matters most in this trade.

  • How often: Every weekday, 2 to 3 times a week is flagged as a bigger or more valuable job.
  • Size: Large (16+ rooms) is flagged as a bigger or more valuable job.
  • Floor area: flagged by size (anything above 300 m² stands out).
  • Service: Regular cleaning is flagged as a bigger or more valuable job.
  • Premises: shown for quick reading.
  • Start: highlighted when it is today or tomorrow, so you can plan quickly.
  • Location: shows whether the customer set an exact map pin, which makes directions easy.

What to look at first

  • Every weekday and 2 to 3 times a week are flagged as valuable contracts.
  • Large premises or a big floor area need more staff.
  • After building work is a one-off but heavy job.

6Pricing your quote#

Estimate hours per visit, then price per visit or per month.

  • Hours per visit from size and premises type, times your hourly rate.
  • Monthly price = price per visit × visits per month.
  • Add extras and products if you supply them.
  • Offer a walk-through before signing a contract.

These are ways to think about price, not market prices. Use your own costs and local rates.

7Messages to customers#
