3Set it up#

  1. Choose Asbestos Removal in the setup wizard. Already using another niche? Your niche → Change niche, then confirm by typing Asbestos Removal, with "Load this niche's starter texts" ticked.
  2. Settings → Page texts: keep the safety advice in the FAQ, and add what the rules are where you work, in your own words.
  3. Settings → Form fields: remove services you don't offer (for example surveys, if you only remove).

5Reading a request#

Each request opens with a quick assessment: coloured flags for what matters most in this trade.

  • Condition: Cracked or broken is flagged as a bigger or more valuable job; Not sure is flagged as needing attention (cost, access or risk).
  • Service: Removal is flagged as a bigger or more valuable job.
  • Tested: Suspected, not tested, I don't know is flagged as needing attention (cost, access or risk).
  • Area: flagged by size (anything above 20 m² stands out).
  • Property: Business premises, Industrial / farm is flagged as a bigger or more valuable job.
  • Photos: green when every photo tile is filled, amber when only some are.
  • Visit: highlighted when it is today or tomorrow, so you can plan quickly.

What to look at first

  • Cracked or broken is flagged urgent: call the customer and give safety advice.
  • Suspected, not tested usually means a survey first.
  • Business or industrial properties are larger jobs with more planning.

6Pricing your quote#

Survey first when unsure; then price removal by material, area and access.

  • A fixed price for a survey or sample test.
  • Removal priced by material type and area, plus disposal at a licensed site.
  • Add for difficult access, height and enclosures.
  • Sealing in place is usually cheaper than removal when the material is in good condition.

These are ways to think about price, not market prices. Use your own costs and local rates.

7Messages to customers#

Your quote message is filled in automatically when you send a quote on WhatsApp. This is the starter template (Settings → Page texts):

Survey first
